This is a suit for infringement of United States Patent No. 3,168,055, entitled "Movable Bulkhead for Railroad Cars." The patent application was filed on May 11, 1964, a "Petition to Make Special" was filed on October 1, 1964, and granted on October 9, 1964, and the patent issued on February 2, 1965.
