The appellants, Albert Brant, Philip Brant, and Benjamin Brant, appeal from a declaratory judgment granted appellee Citizens Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, which determined that the insurance policy purchased from appellee by appellant insureds did not cover the appellants against claims giving rise to the cause of action which appellants were presently defending in two other lawsuits.
