Under the provisions of K.S.A. 60-1507, the appellant, Charles B. Hanes, hereinafter referred to as petitioner or Hanes, filed a motion to vacate a conviction and sentence rendered by the district court of Sedgwick county. From the court's order denying relief petitioner has appealed.
