Hewitt-Robbins, Inc., the plaintiff-appellant, brought this suit in the District Court as the assignee of Dischinger U.S. Patent No. 3,069,027, issued December 18, 1962, for "Reclaiming Method and Apparatus". Plaintiff charged Link-Belt Company, the defendant-appellee, with infringement, and sought both injunctive relief and damages.
