This is a suit on a note.

On February 28, 1964, M. L. Gray negotiated a Ten Thousand Five Hundred Dollar ($10,500.00) loan from the appellee, River-side State Bank, and executed a note payable to it or order, dated February 28, 1964, due 120 days after date. The Bank then issued a $10,000.00 cashier's check payable to A. B. Cass and Frank Malone and delivered $500.00 cash to Gray. The loan was made on the written guaranty of one, Ed Baker...
