This is a suit brought by the Donley County State Bank of Clarendon, Texas, against Bob Sherrod upon promissory notes and for foreclosure of a chattel mortgage upon 205 head of cattle and against the appellant for title and possession of the 205 head of cattle that were mortgaged by Bob Sherrod to said bank or for the proceeds of the sale of such cattle.
