HAMMOND, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

The appellants, husband and wife, seek to overturn the ratification of a foreclosure sale of their motel property and residence and to reverse a decree requiring them to pay rent for occupancy and use of the properties after the sale. Their claims are that the chancellor erred (1) in hearing and deciding the case at a time when the husband was ill and could not testify; (2) in dismissing the exceptions to the ratification...
