In this action by a real estate broker and salesman to recover commissions claimed to have been earned in connection with the leasing of a motel site, the questions on appeal relate to (i) the sufficiency of the evidence to justify submission of the case to the jury and (ii) the correctness of the instructions to the jury with respect to brokerage commissions.
