This is an appeal by plaintiff from a judgment for defendant upon the pleadings in an action brought for breach of an alleged contract. Plaintiff contends that on June 11, 1962 he was employed as a section worker by defendant and that while so employed he suffered injury in an automobile collision. He alleges that while he was hospitalized for his injuries the defendant, through its agents "promised to pay all damages suffered...
