This is an action on a promissory note, wherein plaintiff, Mary Gachioch was payee and William G. Wittmann and Edna Wittmann, defendants, were the makers of said note. It was admitted that the corporate defendant, A.A.B. Investment Company assumed the aforesaid note obligation in writing.
