In 1960 defendant Roberto Bueno and Thomas Wright were indicted by the grand jury of the criminal court of Cook County for the crime of illegally selling narcotics to Eugene Nicoletti. The indictment also charged possession of narcotics, dispensing of narcotics to Nicoletti, and conspiracy to sell and dispense narcotics. They were jointly tried by the court without a jury and...
