Commercial Credit Equipment Corporation (hereinafter referred to as plaintiff) brought this action on its amended complaint against Walter L. Dice, Roy Kelland, and Beeler Equipment, Inc., (hereinafter referred to as Beeler) to recover the balance due on a conditional sales contract.
