This review stems from a workmen's compensation award in favor of defendant in error, Mrs. Kathryn Lee McConnell. The district court affirmed the award by the Industrial Commission, and Mrs. Mc-Connell's employer, plaintiff in error, Sharmar Nursing Home, asserts error.
