Appeal from an order of the district court denying a new trial in condemnation proceedings.

On and before March 16, 1964, Pollie V. McKellep and Kenneth L. McKellep, respondents, were the owners of a 71-acre tract of land near Mille Lacs Lake in Crow Wing County in this state.
