This is a workman's compensation suit brought by Juan Vargas for and on behalf of his wife, Elvira Flores Vargas. Mrs. Vagas will be called plaintiff. Plaintiff alleged that on November 11, 1963, she was accidentally injured while she was pulling on burlap bags as an employee of St. Regis Paper Company.
