COLLINS, Justice.

Paul Stanley Carter, appellant, pleaded guilty on January 17, 1958 to embezzlement of $2,683.50 from Nevada Bank of Commerce. He was placed on 5 years' probation by the U.S. District Court and ordered to make restitution in monthly payments of $44.70. He was discharged from probation on January 21, 1963, by which time he had repaid $980.00. Subsequently he paid additional amounts, all of which were applied only to the principal...
