This is an appeal from a decree of the Chancery Court for Davidson County, Part II, affirming the finding of the Board of Review of the Department of Employment Security to the effect that an employee who refused a transfer from the day shift to a shift beginning at 4:00 P.M. and ending at midnight, upon the ground that the work offered was not suitable, was entitled to receive benefits...
