This is an appeal from a judgment of the lower court affirming a decision of the Arizona Corporation Commission.

We are called upon to determine whether a common motor carrier for transportation of certain goods "to and from all points and places within the State of Arizona" with a base of operations at Phoenix, Arizona, may maintain a yard or "alternate headquarters" in Tucson or other places within the State of Arizona.
