This is an appeal from an order of the trial court overruling appellant's plea of privilege to be sued in Harrison County the location of its home office. Appellee seeks to hold venue in Harris County under Subdivision 28 of Article 1995, Vernon's Ann. Tex.Civ.St. on the theory that the loss under the hospitalization policy, for which suit is brought, occurred in Harris County.
