This controversy involves the question of the custody of Donald Cameron Crounse, Jr., now nine years of age, the child of the parties to this appeal.

Donald Cameron Crounse, the father, secured a divorce from Aneen Parker Crounse, the mother, on March 27, 1961. On October 31, 1961, the parties entered into an agreement providing that the custody of Cameron "shall be in Father and Mother jointly." The agreement further provided that the child...
