Dorothy Reed Yeatts, plaintiff, was struck by a piece of flying glass while she was shopping in a store called the Burkeville Market. This action for damages was brought against Pepsi-Cola Bottling Company, Incorporated, defendant, alleging that her injury was caused by its negligence.
