Plaintiff first requests this court to change the answers of the jury with respect to the negligence issues so as to award judgment in favor of the plaintiff for the amount of damages found by the jury. Because of the conflict of testimony with respect to how the accident occurred this court cannot find that Behling was free of all causal negligence.
