This is an appeal from an order confirming a judgment by confession and ordering that defendants take nothing by a counterclaim. Plaintiffs, Otto Koenigshofer and his wife Anna, had leased to defendants, George B. Shumate and his wife Mary, a building for use as a rooming house.
