1. This is an attempt to obtain judicial review of an order of the State Board of Education. The order was one setting the exterior boundaries of a proposed area education district in Linn and Benton counties. The order also fixed zone boundaries for the election of directors. The purpose of the proposed district is to establish a community college. The Board was authorized to make the order by ORS 341.075 ...
