This is a workmen's compensation case. The Referee made an award for five months total disability and for partial disability thereafter. The Board sustained the employer's appeal and dismissed the claim petition. The Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County upheld claimant's exceptions and remanded the record to the Board "for further proceedings in accordance with the findings...
