This is a workmen's compensation suit. Robert Griffin, a sixty-nine year old negro man, during the course and scope of his employment as janitor with defendant's insured, suffered a cerebrovascular stroke stemming from either hemorrhaging or a thrombosis, as a result of which he is paralyzed on the right side and is unable to do work of any reasonable character.
