Willard C. Haselbush brought an action to cancel a note previously signed by him and given to Alsco of Colorado, Inc. Upon trial to the court, cancellation of the note was denied and judgment entered for Alsco on its counterclaim for the amount of the note plus interest ($22,239.36).
