Defendant was tried by the court without a jury in the Circuit Court of Alexander County, and found guilty of an attempt to murder Charles Williams. He was sentenced to a minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 20 years in the penitentiary. He contends in this appeal that there was insufficient evidence to support the finding of the trial court.
