Claimant was an intermittent employee of defendant from 1955 to his discharge on October 21, 1963.

The events leading to his discharge began with completion of his work shift which had begun at 5 p.m., October 16, 1963. After going home and sleeping, claimant was awakened early the next morning by his wife and shown a letter from the Wayne county prosecutor...
