This case is an appeal by Frank H. Dusendang, plaintiff-appellant, from a judgment of no cause for action for defendants-appellees in the trial court tried before a jury. Boston-Old Colony Insurance Companies has not appealed. The parties by stipulation in accord with GCR 1963, 812.2(b)1 waived filing of transcript of the testimony and hearings before the Court, and specified the contents of the record on appeal.
