This is a suit for damages for personal injuries. Plaintiff, Georgia Steiner, was a guest passenger in a vehicle driven by James Spencer, Sr. and insured by The Employers Liability Assurance Corporation, Ltd. Spencer was involved in an intersectional collision with a vehicle driven by Raleigh Bernard and insured by Security Insurance Company of New Haven.
