John Nathan Bristow, Jr., the appellant, was convicted upon a jury verdict in the Circuit Court for Cecil County of larceny and the breaking and entering of a restaurant on the night of September 22, 1961. No appeal was taken from the conviction; however, in 1962 Bristow sought habeas corpus relief before Judge Edward D.E. Rollins. His petition was denied.
