The offense is robbery; the punishment is 199 years.

Witness for the State testified that appellant and a companion entered her liquor store and ordered a bottle of gin which was located high on a shelf. As the witness, who the record indicates is 5' 3" tall, reached for the bottle, appellant, who the record indicates is over six feet tall, grabbed the back of her neck...
