Plaintiff was injured in an automobile accident on July 8, 1964. Complaint was filed on March 10, 1965. On April 30, 1965, defendant answered plaintiff's pre-trial interrogatory number 49 as follows:

"49. Have you made any statement to any person or organization concerning this accident If so, state when, where, and to whom such statement was made and the name of the person or organization now having...
