On September 12, 1963 Mr. and Mrs. Monroe Taylor (appellants herein) and Certain-Teed Products Corporation (appellee herein) signed a written "Purchase and Sales Agreement" wherein appellee agreed to sell and appellants agreed to buy certain real estate.
