This is an appeal from a summary judgment entered pursuant to respondents' motion therefor. The amended complaint is for damages inducing breach of contract. Depositions were taken and thereafter each side made a motion for summary judgment supported by affidavits, points and authorities and the record. Appellant's motion was denied. Respondents' motion was granted.
