Petitioner, Allen J. Dunek, is a prisoner in the penitentiary at Fort Madison.

On June 8, 1965 petitioner filed a petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus in Lee District Court at Fort Madison. The writ was issued and returned. Answer was filed and hearing held.
