The defendant, Isaac Jackson, was convicted of sale of narcotics in a jury trial and was sentenced to serve ten to twelve years in the penitentiary.

On appeal he contends he is entitled to be discharged because the State failed to carry its burden of proof and because he was entrapped. In the alternative, he asks for a new trial contending (1) that he was prejudiced because his counsel was prohibited cross...
