In this negligence action in which plaintiffs seek damages for personal injuries, defendant moves: (1) to vacate a notice served upon it calling for the production of and the right to inspect a report made by defendant's employee; and (2) for an order directing one of the plaintiffs to submit to a physical examination by a physician in the county where the action is to be tried.
