McNeary, its principal stockholder, for $9500 actual and $20,000 punitive damages for fraud arising out of plaintiffs' purchase of a house and lot from the Construction Company. The court sustained defendant's motion for a directed verdict at the close of all of the evidence as to McNeary but overruled it as to the corporation...
