Shipley, their first cousin, were tried together by Judge Foster sitting without a jury in the Criminal Court of Baltimore, and Jesse Shipley was convicted of wearing or carrying a dirk knife concealed on or about his person contrary to Code (1957), Art. 27, § 36, and of being a rogue and vagabond...
