In the exercise of our supervisory jurisdiction (Art. VII, Sec. 11, La.Const. of 1921) we directed Certiorari to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, in order that we might review its judgment on rehearing which rejected plaintiff's demands for disability retirement or benefits as set out in LSA-R.S. 17:641, Option 2, but reserved to her any and all rights which she has or may have against defendant for other benefits or for the refund of contributions...
