Plaintiff-respondent initially raises the contention that the trial court's order denying defendants-appellants' motion to dismiss is not appealable. However, this order determining that the court has subject-matter jurisdiction appears to be clearly appealable under sec. 274.33 (3), Stats., which states that an order is appealable if it "decides a question of jurisdiction."
