Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of Receiving Goods by False Personation in violation of section 713.2, Code, 1962, I.C.A. Defendant appeared in person and asked that an attorney be appointed to represent him. The court thereupon appointed a competent, experienced attorney for defendant.
