The executors of the will of Thomas S. Spivey appeal from a judgment which was rendered in favor of decedent's former wife in an action on a rejected claim. The claim is for arrearages for child support which had been entered in a final judgment of divorce. The divorce decree ordered Thomas Spivey to pay to respondent, Sylvia E. Spivey, alimony for herself, which is not a subject of dispute, and $350 per month "for the support and maintenance of the said...
