On June 25, 1962, in the Court of Common Pleas of Northumberland County, Sidney M. Markley filed a complaint against his wife under the provisions of The Divorce Law of May 2, 1929, P.L. 1237, as enlarged by the amendment of December 30, 1959, P.L. 2055, 23 P.S. 15.
