This suit involves a strip of land located in Chillicothe, Missouri, 50 feet wide and 300 feet long. It is the vacated portion of McNally Street (sometimes referred to as McAnally Street) lying north of Irving Avenue. The first count of plaintiffs' petition was in ejectment and the second count sought a decree adjudging that plaintiffs owned the land in fee simple. Defendant, James S.
