This appeal is from dissolution of temporary restraining order and denial of temporary injunction. Appellants, the plaintiffs instituting this suit, are all taxpayers of the Lewisville Independent School District and owners of property therein, and, including the original plaintiffs and those who later joined in, 22 such taxpayers are appellants.
