Rex Sutton, plaintiff-appellant, instituted this action to quiet title to a certain water system or pipeline, located in the Cavanaugh Bay area of Priest Lake, in Bonner County, Idaho, in which system each of the several named defendants-respondents is alleged to claim some right, title or interest.
