The facts in this case were stipulated by the parties litigant. From this stipulation it appears that on February 13, 1911, while A.A. Biggs and his wife, Lavada, were living together as man and wife, the said A.A. Biggs purchased and took title in his name alone to the Southeast Quarter of Section 6, Township 8 North, Range 10 East, Hughes County, Oklahoma.
